Do you want your employees or clients to sleep better, to be more productive or to feel less stressed? This workshop is hosted by Lisa Berry (qualified counsellor and director of the Sleep Support Project), with the aim of helping people talk through their sleep issues. The workshop aims to guide them towards implementing better sleep regimes whilst learning about sleep hygiene and ways to manage stress. From the comfort of the office or home, this virtual workshop takes place securely via Microsoft Teams, and is ideal for groups of between 5-10 people.
