Due to the pandemic, we are continuing to provide telephone counselling across the UK and will be reintroducing face to face counselling as soon as possible.
A 50 minute face to face counselling session to support your wellbeing and sleep, supporting those experiencing various issues including anxiety, low mood and stress. We offer counselling in combination with CBT-i (CBT for Insomnia) to provide a holistic approach to ongoing sleep disruption and to support mental health.
Face to face counselling sessions are available to people aged over 16 in the Bury (Greater Manchester) area.
