Sleep Support Session



A single one-to-one 50 minute sleep support session with a counsellor, for anyone living with minor sleep disruption, this single session offers therapeutic support and provides a space to explore ways to help improve your sleep or to talk through your worries.  It is ideal for those experiencing sleep anxiety, mild insomnia or frequent night-time waking.  Maybe you would like to find ways to improve your sleep hygiene?  Or to find ways to manage night shifts at work?  A single sleep support session can help manage this and find some reassurance.  This is also an ideal supportive space for those supporting others with sleep disorders, or maybe as a refresher session if you’ve had counselling before.  Sleep support sessions are available to anyone aged over 16 based in the UK.
