At the Sleep Support Project we offer counselling and CBT for Insomnia (CBT-i) for people living with sleep issues or diagnosed sleep disorders.
Counselling support during the Coronavirus Pandemic
We are continuing to offer counselling support during this time via telephone counselling, wherever you are based in the UK.
NHS staff and care workers are eligible for a concessionary rate on sessions. Students or people claiming unemployment benefits are also entitled to concessionary rates.

The Sleep Support Project aims to provide informed sleep support and counselling sessions for those affected by sleep problems.
We offer sleep support through a combination of CBT for Insomnia (CBT-i) and counselling. Sleep can be affected by stress and other worries, so counselling sessions are available from our BACP Registered counsellors to support most issues.
